Writing On The Wall
I’ve come to realize that when people say, things happen for a reason, it makes a ton of sense. For instance, when making any decision about yourself, it’s nearly impossible to critique yourself using an unbiased perspective. Before it seemed really cliché to ask for advice and simple receive the aforementioned statement as the only response. But as some everything continues to happen and they all fail to meet the standards you set aside for yourself, you slowly start to believe that things just happen. That’s extremely vague for me to say, but for the longest time I thought that if I was persistent, things would turn out exactly how I expected. That, however, is the biggest lie I’ve told myself, ever.
